Amber Gill has detailed how she managed to lose a whopping stone after ignoring the horrific trolls who fat-shamed her in 2020.The 23 year old, who recently said her weight loss made her feel "so much better", opened up on her transformation during an exclusive chat with OK! online about her fitness app Amber FLEXX.The former Love Island star explained that it wasn't her aim to lose the impressive stone during lockdown, but found that it happened naturally with the help of her personal trainer John Hosking and dietician Jo Travers. "It's got over 1000 recipes for food and everything I did to lose a stone in six weeks," she said of her new app.
