Depraved stalker dodges jail after sending pic of privates to ex-girlfriend
stalker who sent his ex-girlfriend a picture of his privates has been spared jail with a sheriff’s warning ringing in his ears. Greg Milligan, 31, carried out a five-month campaign of harassment against the woman by bombarding her with phone calls, messages and even sent her a photograph of his genitals, which left her shocked, and placed her in a “state of fear or alarm.” Milligan targeted the victim, who we are not naming, at her address in the Neilston area on dates between August 1, 2020 and January 1, 2021.
