Stockport's landmark hotel and country club Bredbury Hall is up for sale.The venue went into administration last month, with the loss of more than 90 jobs.Now it's on the market for offers around £5.25m.The hotel has 149 en-suite bedrooms as well as extensive conference and banqueting facilities with capacities ranging from six to 200 guests across 10 suites.It also boasts a lounge, bar and 60-cover brasserie, a recently refurbished 200-cover Marco Pierre White Steakhouse, Bar and Grill restaurant, and a popular nightclub with capacity for 900 guests.The property underwent an extensive refurbishment after being bought out of administration in 2015 by Bangladesh businessman Golam Sarwar.But his company, Newco Ventures Ltd, called in
