Grey's Anatomy star Peyton Kennedy found drug addiction storyline challenging
Grey's Anatomy star Peyton Kennedy has opened up about her biggest challenge on the show, admitting she struggled to relate to one particular aspect of her storyline.The Everything Sucks! actress appeared on the medical drama as Betty Nelson for 12 episodes between 2018 and 2019, and has revealed to she got some help from one co-star to help prepare for a drug addiction storyline."Betty was an ex-drug addict, and she was a teen mom, which obviously I can't relate to," Kennedy said."So it was really great working with Caterina [Scorsone], who plays Amelia, because her character also had experiences with being a past drug addict. And so just talking with her, and having conversations about that, was really helpful for me.
