X Factor star rushed to hospital and shares bloodied pic after freak accident
ok.co.ukJosh Cuthbert was rushed to hospital for an emergency scan following a painful football injury.The 30 year old X Factor star was kicked in the head during a match on Tuesday evening, 16 May.The singer, who rose to fame with his boy band Union J on the popular TV show in 2012, posted an update on the terrifying clash to his Instagram fans from the hospital's emergency department.
He could be seen lying on a bed with bandages wrapped around his head and blood running down his face in several places. A gauze strip was placed under the bandage on his forehead, above his nose.
Josh said on his Instagram Stories: "Not the way I wanted to spend my evening. Got studded/kicked in the head playing footie. "Waiting for a CT scan & then getting it stitched." The injury comes just months after Josh shared that he was the victim of an horrific attack in London, that saw three men on motorbikes threaten to kill him.The 30 year old singer took to Instagram last October to discuss the terrifying ordeal, adding that it left him feeling anxious and suffering from panic attacks.
Describing what happened, he wrote: "I was driving down a dual carriageway five minutes from home, and all of a sudden two big Harley Davidson motorbikes came [up] behind me. "One of them came right into my lane and turned his bike sideways towards me.
