X Factor star Ella Henderson looks very different a decade after her dramatically losing the title to James Arthur. Now the singer is back and appearing alongside Penelope Cruz on tonight's Graham Norton Show, looking better than ever.
The 26-year-old is a far cry from X Factor days as she sported a tailored black power suit and worked her now-blonde locks into a tousled style for her appearance on the BBC chat show.
Ella found fame on the ITV talent show in 2012 aged 16 where she wowed judges with her rendition of Cher's Believe before reaching the live finals.
The X Factor alum finished in sixth place behind winner James Arthur. Following her stint on the show, Ella went on to sign with Simon Cowell’s label Syco Music and released her first studio album, Chapter One, with the music mogul in 2014.
