But it's important to remember that you can't believe everything you see.We've recently heard from several influencers who have attempted to debunk their own posts, showing how the reality behind the photo is drastically different and we really can never know what's going on in someone else's life.

And now another social media user has gone viral online for doing the same thing, reports The Daily Star.Fitness and nutrition enthusiast, @Loz_Fitness has shared a post on Instagram all about bikini bodies and she's been praised for her honesty.

In her post, Loz shares two photos of her wearing a bikini. The photos show the same outfit and appear to have been taken just seconds apart.
