A woman who discovered a tampon in her boyfriend's bedroom devised a 'genius' plan to find out if he had been cheating on her.

Lois Saunders was relaxing with her partner when she spotted a tampon in a yellow wrapper and a mascara tucked under his wardrobe - that didn't belong to her.

When she confronted him, her boyfriend promised he hadn't been unfaithful, so Lois decided to do some digging of her own to make sure he was telling the truth, the Mirror reports.

In a now viral Tik Tok video posted under the handle @loissa4, she explains the situation saying: "When you find a tampon and mascara under your boyfriend's wardrobe and they deny everything, you have to investigate yourself." In the video, which has been viewed more than 4.1
