This ethos has been especially true and fruitful in regards to Östlund latest “Triangle of Sadness,” which opened in theaters in October and is now available to rent on streaming services.
The film ends with a tremendous moment of decision, and Östlund is only too happy to talk all about it.“Triangle of Sadness” won Östlund his second Palme d’Or at the Cannes Film Festival last spring – a very rare honor for such a wild, raucous comedy.
