We took a look back at Janey's life, all the tough times she's been through and all her amazing achievements over the years.She wrote a book, raised money for charity and was recently filming something very exciting with actress Joanna Lumley.Janey Godley Currie was born in 1961 in Stirling and grew up up in Shettleston - she is the youngest of four children.She married her husband Sean Storrie in 1980 when she was just 19 and the couple have a daughter together named Ashley.In 1982, when Janey was just 21, her mother Annie was found dead in the Clyde but the comic claims her violent partner Peter Greenshields was to blame for her mother's.
