This Summer, it will be 42 years since Princess Diana first married into the most famous family in the world. However it was her own family - the Spencers - that took centre stage this weekend, as her niece Lady Amelia tied the knot with her beau of 14 years, Greg Mallett.

Amelia and Greg recently teased that their nuptials were imminent in a sweet snap of them together shared to Instagram a few days ago.

In the photo, Amelia lovingly looked at her then-fiancé as the pair teased: “Not long now…” It’s thought the pair tied the knot just a few days later, and were surrounded by their nearest and dearest for their special day, including Amelia’s father Charles Spencer – Diana’s younger brother – and her twin sister, Eliza.

Amelia is just one of Charles’ seven children, with three of her siblings shared with his first wife Victoria Lockwood, two shared with his second wife, Caroline Freud, and the youngest, shared with his current wife Countess Karen Spencer.
