Megan Thee Stallion marked the start of the Houston Astros' 2023 season on Thursday night by throwing out the first pitch. Houston native Megan took part in the pre-game ceremony for the World Series champions' match against the Chicago White Sox at Minute Maid Park.

Sporting a white Astros jersey with her surname "Pete" emblazoned across the back, alongside the number 222, Megan stepped up to the mound and threw a solid pitch to David Hensley who then congratulated her as she was applauded by the crowd.

As pitches go it maybe wasn't quite MLB standard but still streets ahead of 50 Cent's infamously bad effort.
