The couple, who were married in June 2018, have a three-year-old son named Theodore and a one-year-old daughter called Gigi.
But ahead of her third child, Vogue revealed she's on strict orders not to have sex. Speaking on her podcast My Therapist Ghosted Me Vogue, who is currently on holiday in the Maldives with Spencer revealed she has had to put a number of things on hold, including exercise. "I have to put my proper training on the back burner.
I went to the doctor the other day - I'm on a sex ban - while I go to the Maldives - I'm lying there with a probe in me," she said. "And the doctor says, 'You can't have sex for two weeks until you get back, so I can keep an eye on it'.
