'Utterly brilliant' unusual act becomes new Britain's Got Talent viewers' 'favourite'

An unusual Britain's Got Talent Act who judge David Walliams commended as 'utterly brilliant' has become a new favourite among viewers.

The talent contest was back on Saturday night (May 21) with panellists Amanda Holden, Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon and Walliams ready to find the country's new star performer.

Their nana - also a puppet - was sat watching in the audience and greeted the judges.

The song detailed how 'heartbroken' the puppets were without their gran around, and how happy they were to have her back. It's then revealed that their nana was actually rather naughty - and she's served time behind bars for stealing expensive Christmas presenters, including games consoles and designer clothes. "Oh it was utterly brilliant," praised David Walliams, "from start to finish, this is just wonderful," while Amanda Holden echoed: "I absolutely loved it and I was really hoping for some comedy." Alesha Dixon described the act as 'something for the adults and something for the kids.' Simon Cowell added: "It was a really, really great audition."
