Two prominent fishing spots located along the River Tay in Perthshire have been put on the market for £1.1 million. Dunkeld House Water and Newtyle Water are being offered for sale at £550,000 each in a rare opportunity to purchase the fishing rights to the section of river.
The ‘beats’, set on either side of the historic seven-arch Thomas Telford Bridge in Dunkeld, are being sold by estate agents Strutt and Parker.
