Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

Officers from Greater Manchester Police's traffic division spotted the grey Jaguar on the M60 near junction 16, Clifton Interchange.
They followed the car into Bolton, but when they tried to pull the vehicle over, the driver sped off, and police started to chase.
