Lewis Capaldi
Lewis Capaldi (born 7 October 1996) is a Scottish singer-songwriter. He was nominated for the Critics' Choice Award at the 2019 Brit Awards. In March 2019, his single "Someone You Loved" topped the UK Singles Chart where it remained for seven weeks, and in October 2019 it reached number one on the US Billboard Hot 100. On 17 May 2019 he released his debut album, Divinely Uninspired to a Hellish Extent, which remained at the top of the UK Albums Chart for six weeks.

TRNSMT organisers release full list of 41 items banned from music festival site

TRNSMT organisers have shared a list of items that revellers must not take with them into the festival site - including selfie sticks, inflatables and football tops.

The Glasgow-based music bash will kick off on Friday, July 8 and will conclude on Sunday, July 10. Tens of thousands of music fans are expected to descend on Glasgow Green to see the likes of Paolo Nutini, The Strokes and Lewis Capaldi. However, the festival’s organisers have shared a list of a number of items that are prohibited from the site.This includes the likes of flares, fireworks, glass bottles and drugs.Revellers are also not allowed to enter wearing any football tops, while flagpoles are also banned from the site.Empty plastic water bottles of up to 500ml can be used to fill up at various drinking water points, while hard plastic, metal or glass bottles are banned.Anyone found to be in possession of any prohibited items will have them confiscated by security, refused entry or arrested by police at the scene.Here is everything that ticket holders are not allowed to bring into the TRNSMT site for the full duration of the festival: Don't miss the latest news from around Scotland and beyond - Sign up to our daily newsletter here.
