City are looking to buy a striker this summer following the departure of club legend Sergio Aguero, with Harry Kane said to be the number one target.
Abraham fell out of favour at Chelsea last season following the appointment of Thomas Tuchel to replace club legend Frank Lampard.
The 23-year-old scored six goals in 22 Premier League appearances last season, compared to 15 in 34 games the previous campaign.
