Travis Scott has been accused of causing over $12,000 in damages at a nightclub. The report, via Variety, claims that the 30-year-old rapper assaulted a 52-year-old man at a New York nightclub, where an after-party following his concert at Irving Plaza happened. Keep reading to find out more… The outlet says that the NYPD was called to the scene on Wednesday (March 1) at around 2 a.m. “A 52-year-old male and the 31-year-old male got into a verbal dispute which escalated into a physical altercation,” a rep shared about the incident. “The victim was punched in the face and there was subsequent damage to an audio speaker [and] a video screen causing about $12,000 in damages.

In a statement to Entertainment Tonight, Mitchell Schuster, said that the accusations are a misinformation. “While this is clearly a misunderstanding being blown out of proportion by clickbait and misinformation, we are actively working with the venue and law enforcement to resolve and set the record straight,” he stated. “We are confident our client will be cleared of any wrongdoing.”
