ok.co.ukJoey Essex has been announced as the next Dancing On Ice 2023 contestant.The former TOWIE star, 32, will join RuPaul's Drag Race UK 2019 winner The Vivienne, EastEnders' Patsy Palmer, John Fashanu, Corrie's Mollie Gallagher, Olympic Gymnast Nile Wilson and Love Island winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.
While Michelle Heaton has also been reported to have joined the hit ITV skating show. Revealing the news on Friday's This Morning, Joey said: "I would love to win.
I’m going to put all my energy into this.This stage in my life, I’m so ready for this." Talking about receiving comments from the judges, he added: "I’m doing it for me.
I want to impress the judges but I want to impress myself. I’m going to put all my effort into this." Joey also joked about potentially finding romance on the show: "I want to be cursed, I'm super single!" Rumours have been swirling around who else will be joining the line up for this year's series with Love Island star Andrew Le Page being tipped as a possible favourite.
