Jo-Issa Rae Diop (born January 12, 1985), known as Issa Rae, is an American actress, writer, director, producer, and web series creator. She first garnered attention for her work on the YouTube web series Awkward Black Girl. She subsequently gained further recognition for creating, co-writing, and starring in the HBO television series Insecure. Holland, who has donned the Spidey suit for three standalone movies as well as “Captain America: Civil War,” “Avengers: Infinity War” and “Avengers: Endgame,” told the Associated Press on Thursday night that 2018’s animated “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” is “the best Spider-Man movie that’s ever been made.” “I think the first ‘Spider-Verse’ movie is the best Spider-Man movie that’s ever been made,” Holland told the AP at the premiere of his new Apple TV+ series “The Crowded Room.” “I’m so proud of everyone involved.
