Three people have been charged in connection with the death of Scots teen Caroline Glachan.Detectives confirmed two men and a women had been arrested over the death of Caroline in 1996.
The development comes five years after the cold case was reopened. The 14-year-old Bonhill schoolgirl’s body was found partially submerged in the River Leven on August 25, 1996.
