The youngster was pictured in a wheelchair after suffering a nasty injury during their luxury break. The brave boy was treated at a local hospital and underwent an X-ray to investigate.
Josie did not specify what part of the body was injured, but said the area was wrapped in plaster cast before the little lad was sent on his way.
