The work of a reclusive artist who sketched and painted the wildlife of Bolton for more than 50 years is to be displayed as part of a museum’s summer show.

Artist and naturalist Eric Gorton, from Westhoughton, who died in 2002, was a former assistant curator of Bolton Art Gallery and Museum.
