Charles, Prince of Wales (Charles Philip Arthur George; born 14 November 1948) is the heir apparent to the British throne as the eldest son of Elizabeth II. He has been Duke of Cornwall and Duke of Rothesay since 1952, and he is the oldest and longest-serving heir apparent in British history.

He is also the longest-serving Prince of Wales, having held that title since 1958. Charles was born at Buckingham Palace as the first grandchild of King George VI and Queen Elizabeth. He was educated at Cheam and Gordonstoun schools, which his father, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, had attended as a child. Charles also spent a year at the Timbertop campus of Geelong Grammar School in Victoria, Australia.

Prince Louis, Prince George and Princess Charlotte do not eat their Christmas lunch with other members of the Royal Family.Instead, they sit in a separate room and tuck into their festive feast, according to Mike Tindall, who's married to Zara Phillips, the daughter of Anne.All this came to light when the former rugby player spoke about the celebrations with The Good, The Bad & The Rugby co-stars James Haskell and Alex Payne, writes The Mirror.The pair asked Mike where he usually sits during his meal during a podcast interview back in 2019.One said: "Do you find yourself upgrading every year and getting closer to the main table or are you off out the back?"Is there a promotion and relegation based on the year's performance?

Because if there is I imagine you're pretty much sitting on the right-hand side of Her Majesty," Mike replied: "I was on Prince Charles's table, it was lovely."He added: "This is the family lunch, there were seven tables so there must have been about 70 of us there.
