Crimewatchers launched in Droylsden and Audenshaw last year, and the group has been warmly welcomed by residents on social media.

With a handful of members accompanied by Sabre the dog, the team spends every night monitoring the streets in a bid to deter criminals and support vulnerable members of the community.

The group has been so well-received by the public that it's founder, who wishes to remain anonymous, is now looking to take Crimewatchers to the next level.
