The Charlatans announce headline UK tour this year with huge Manchester date

The Charlatans have announced the dates for a major UK tour later this year with a huge gig in Manchester in December. The indie rock band, fronted by Salford’s own Tim Burgess, have released 13 top 40 studio albums over their 35-year career, with hits including One to Another, North Country Boy and The Only One I Know.

Their headline tour will kick off in Newcastle on November 24, 2023, before stops in Glasgow, Sheffield, Bristol and Cardiff.

The four-piece will then perform at Manchester’s O2 Victoria Warehouse on Saturday, December 2, 2023. READ MORE: Join the FREE Manchester Evening News WhatsApp community The shows will follow the band’s appearances at Y Not and Victorious Festivals this summer.

They will also be appearing alongside fellow Mancunian Johnny Marr at a co-headline show at Halifax Piece Hall on August 26.
