Take diversions plea for Lanarkshire motorists ahead of five-day road closure

Motorists in Airdrie are advised to use diversions when a road in the town closes for five days next month.A carriageway resurfacing scheme will be carried out on Waddell Street, between the A810 Aitken Street and Kirkness Street, from April 3-7.Motorists are advised to use the B8053 Bore Road, Kirkness Street and the A810 Aitken Street as diverted routes.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
