Code Orange’s Reba Meyers has spoken out for the first time since joining Marilyn Manson’s live band, saying that she is “proud” to represent forgiveness.The announcement that she has joined the band comes following the ‘Beautiful People’ singer heading on tour to support Five Finger Death Punch as part of their US tour, and dropping two new tracks.The live shows mark his first proper dates since 2019, and the new material comes following a raft of sexual abuse allegations that have been levelled against him since February 2021.They include claims by his ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wood, who made accusations of rape, torture, and threats. Separate claims of abuse from more than 12 women have also been made.

Marilyn Manson played his first live show in nearly five years on Friday (August 2), the first since a string of sexual abuse allegations came to light in 2021.The musician opened for Five Finger Death Punch at Hersheypark Stadium in Hershey, Pennsylvania, the first of a run of dates across North America over the next two months.It is the first full show by Manson since 2019. Since then, a raft of sexual abuse allegations were levelled against him in February 2021, including by his ex-fiancée Evan Rachel Wood, who made allegations of rape, torture, and threats.

Code Orange have had to cancel their upcoming tour, after it was revealed that guitarist Dom Landolina is battling “serious health issues”.The Pittsburgh band’s tour was set to start on February 13 in Austin, Texas and run until March 17 in Los Angeles, but those dates have now been removed from their schedule. Tickets for the dates will be refunded at the point of purchase.Posting on their Instagram page, the band wrote: “It pains us deeply to announce that we are canceling our upcoming headline tour, as well as the Shiprocked Cruise / Pulp Summerslam Fest around it.

Code Orange have finally released ‘Take Shape’, their long-teased track featuring Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan.Last night (July 19), the band shared the single, announcing a new album in the process. ‘Take Shape’ featuring Billy Corgan is the third taste of Code Orange’s fifth studio album, ‘The Above’.‘The Above’ is due for release on September 29 via Blue Grape music.

Download Festival Japan has revealed Brazilian metallers Soulfly and hardcore punks Code Orange will complete the lineup for this year’s edition of the festival.Soulfly and Code Orange will join Dream Theater, Bullet For My Valentine, Mastodon, Steel Panther, At The Gates and The Halo Effect at the Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Center in Chiba on August 14. Korn‘s current US tour with Code Orange and Chevelle has reportedly been hit by a single bullet.The three bands are currently on the road in the States and played in Saginaw, Michigan on Wednesday night (March 23) before having a day off in Davenport, Iowa on Thursday.As TMZ reports, the Davenport Police Department were alerted to the fact that yesterday morning (March 25) one of the buses on the tour was hit by a single bullet outside a hotel in Davenport.The report added that a source says the bullet went through the bus exterior and landed inside the cabin itself, but no one was on board the bus when the shooting occurred.No further details have been revealed, including who was in the particular bus that was hit.Korn released new album ‘Requiem’ last month, which NME called the “nu-metal veterans’ ‘happy’ album,” but one that “is still dark as fuck,” in a four-star review.The review added: “It would be a push to call this Korn’s first ‘happy’ album. Code Orange have dropped a visually stunning concert film titled Back Inside The Glass, which the hardcore outfit initially premiered as a ticketed livestream event.The one-off gig went down in October of 2020, streamed live – in VR, no less – from the Preserving Underground Church in New Kensington, Pennsylvania. It was particularly notable for its immersive and cinematic visuals, with the band performing to a fave-camera setup on an entirely projection-mapped stage.The show saw Code Orange perform over half of their fourth album, ‘Underneath’ – they’d released it in March of 2020, but couldn’t perform it to a proper crowd until 2021 thanks to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

Slipknot have announced that their huge Knotfest Los Angeles show next month with Killswitch Engage, Fever 333 and more will be livestreamed online.The band will bring their travelling roadshow to the Banc Of California Stadium on November 5 for the biggest headline concert of their careers.They have now announced that the show will be livestreamed across the internet on the same evening, with $15 (£11) early bird tickets available now here.Also featuring at the gig and on the livestream are the likes of Code Orange, Cherry Bombs and Vended, the latter of whom features the sons of Slipknot members.Though Bring Me The Horizon will support the show, they will not appear on the streamed version.Watch the trailer for the concert below:Earlier

Corey Taylor has defended the COVID-19 safety measures that have been implemented on Slipknot‘s ongoing Knotfest Roadshow in the US.Speaking on the Oral Sessions With Renée Paquette podcast, the frontman spoke about his excitement at being back on tour and how the band are doing everything they can to stay safe.“All the bands are super rad and so stoked to be back on the road,” Taylor said. “And we have such stringent restrictions that everybody is really, really happy about it.

Pittsburgh hardcore band Code Orange has livestreamed their performance to an empty Roxian Theatre in Pittsburgh, PA via Twitch. The show was planned as their record release party for their fourth LP Underneath—out Friday, March 13 via Roadrunner—before the venue postponed all of its scheduled shows in March due to coronavirus concerns.
