GOOD Morning Britain anchor Susanna Reid has revealed the secrets behind her one-stone weight loss. The ITV favourite, 51, quipped how "unrestricted access to the bread bin" during the coronavirus lockdown had tipped her scales a little higher.

Susanna, who has been candid about being teetotal for four years, opened up on her new fitness regime. The mum of three told MirrorOnline: "During lockdown I put on a stone.
