Subway restaurant worker was shot and killed and a second employee wounded after a man opened fire on them allegedly as a result of an argument over the amount of mayonnaise they put on his sandwich.

The shooting happened Sunday in a Subway franchise in Atlanta, according to Fox 5 News in the Georgia capital. Now, one young woman is dead and another is in critical condition after the senseless and horrific incident. local time on Sunday evening after a customer came in to order a sandwich, per reports. The man apparently became angry after the food “wasn’t the way he wanted it.” Store owner Willie Glenn told Fox 5 News what allegedly happened next: Horrifically, the man then pulled out a gun and opened fire on the two women inside the store.

One of the women, identified by authorities as 26-year-old Brittany Macon, was killed after being struck by the gunfire.
