Strictly Come Dancing star Matt Goss is said to be a "completely different person", following his worrying stint in the dreaded dance-off last weekend.

The Bros singer and his pro dance partner Nadiya Bychkova found themselves in the first bottom two of the series, up against Loose Women's Kaye Adams and her pro dance partner Kai Widdrington.

It was Kaye who was sent home after both couples danced again, with Matt and Nadiya surviving for another week. It was three against one for the judges though, as Motsi Mabuse, Craig Revel Horwood and Anton Du Beke all saved Matt, while Shirley Ballas said she planned to save Kaye.

Now, Matt is back and ready for his next performance - with partner Nadiya saying he's a "completely different person". Speaking on Good Morning Britain on Friday, the pair told hosts Ben Shephard and Kate Garraway all about what's ahead.
