Strictly Come Dancing viewers were left confused with Tess Daly ’s outfit, and questioned if the presenter was wearing tin foil… The well-loved BBC programme returned to our screens on Friday 23 September after being pushed back a week in the wake of Her Majesty the Queen’s passing.

As it made its debut for the 20th season, Tess appeared in a golden shimmery one-shouldered top paired with high-waist tailored trousers.

With the shimmery-ness of Tess’ top in mind, people have compared the 53 year old’s clothing to that of tin foil. “Why is Tess wearing a tin foil top may I ask?
