Get Me Out of Here!. Her debut single, a cover of "Driving Home for Christmas", was released on 19 December 2011. Solomon then released her debut album Shy on 18 April 2015. In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Stacey is renowned for her love of interiors and crafts, with her "Fejkas" - artificial plants - and "swingers' grass" - pampas grass - becoming iconic.
While the term Fejkas comes from Ikea, she was happy to learn Primark home had broadened its horizons in the artificial plant arena as she shared a number of videos from within the store showing the sections.
Sure to abide by ASA restrictions, she declared that she works with Primark but insisted the trip to the store was in no way an advertisement.
