Storm Arwen launched a spire through an Aberdeen bar leaving major damage behind. Pictures of the incident showed smashed glass and debry at Revolution on Belmont street.

It is believed a missing spire from another building blew off and into the bar's roof.At this time it is unconfirmed if anyone has been injured.Fubar News posted: "The missing spire from the Priory has been located."It fell into Revolution after being blown off in the storm last night." It comes as the Met Office has issued a total of five warnings in Scotland for extreme weather as Storm Arwen took hold.

Scotland was been placed under red alert for wind - the highest warning possible meaning there was a danger to life and a serious risk of damage to buildings.
