thesun.co.ukPACKED Lunch host Steph McGovern revealed that she was forced to turn down I’m A Celebrity due to a health reason. The TV presenter, 40, said she's been asked several times to take part in the ITV show, but has been reluctant to sign up as she has irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
Channel 4 star Steph explained that she worries that the jungle diet would wreak havoc on her body. IBS is a common condition that affects the digestive system and can causes symptoms like stomach cramps, bloating and diarrhoea. “I’m not scared about eating things,” she said. “My main worry is about would be how my body would react.

Back in July, Steph revealed she is 'in agony' with health issues and had lost weight. The star posted a makeup-free snap to her account, with visible blisters on her face.
