In September 2016, she began appearing as a panellist on Loose Women and in November of the same year she presented the I'm a Celebrity spin-off series I'm a Celebrity: Extra Camp.

Alongside the clip, Stacey penned: “Leighton Cuddles. Now it’s time for cluster feeds and The castle (I still want to call it the jungle even though it’s in Scotland)”.
