The Buddies have enjoyed their busiest day of the January transfer window yet with Eamonn Brophy joining Premiership rivals Ross County.The striker has been desperate for more game time in recent months, with St Mirren sanctioning a loan deal until the end of the season to allow the 26-year-old to join the Staggies.Saints boss Stephen Robinson revealed he'd have liked to have kept Brophy, who was a marquee signing when he joined the club back in January 2021 from Kilmarnock, but had to consider financial implications as well moving forward.Robinson said: "In an ideal world we would have liked to have had Eamonn stay.
