Virginia’s attorneys sent a letter to the court and said Prince Andrew “intends to make a substantial donation to Ms. Giuffre’s charity in support of victims’ rights,” court docs reportedly show. The letter also reportedly reads, “Prince Andrew has never intended to malign Ms. Giuffre’s character, and he accepts that she has suffered both as an established victim of abuse and as a result of unfair public attacks.” The sum of the settlement will reportedly not be disclosed.

A film adaptation of first person shooter video game “Bioshock” is in the works at Netflix.The streamer has partnered with the video game’s parent company Take Two Interactive, in a deal which took about to a year to close, to develop a possible cinematic universe.
