INEOS are reportedly looking to sell Nice - less than six months after acquiring a minority stake in Manchester United. Sir Jim Ratcliffe and INEOS brought Nice in 2019 and have overseen significant investment which has cemented themselves as a top-half side in Ligue 1.
They finished fifth during the 2023/24 season, securing a return to European football after one year away. Despite this, Nice have not competed in the Champions League for seven years.
During their five seasons at Nice, INEOS and Ratcliffe have spent over £250million on transfers without any serious reward. And now, according to The Independent, INEOS are 'seeking to sell' Nice.
The report outlines that the move is still at an 'early stage' but sources state that they are 'open' to selling the French club.
