Sinisa Nadazdin – An apology

In early 2004, we published an article about Sinisa Nadazdin, entitled “For Sale Age 3”, which accused him of being a child trafficker, using a British charity as a front, and agreeing to sell children against their mothers’ wishes from a refugee camp in Montenegro.

At the time, Mr Nadazdin complained about the article. Legal proceedings were settled on terms which included the reading of a joint statement in open court, the publication of an apology to Mr Nadazdin online and in the hard copy edition of the Sunday Mirror, the provision of an undertaking not to repeat the allegations and the payment to Mr Nadazdin of substantial damages and costs.
