Holly Davies, 36, was found 'collapsed and unresponsive' by her parents at her flat in Wigan on March 8. An inquest at Bolton Coroners Court heard the mother-of-one struggled with alcohol misuse but had sought help to overcome her troubles.

She managed to stop drinking for several weeks following a stint in rehab last year, but relapsed after being discharged. By the time she was discovered dead, Holly had 'come towards the end of the road of endurance', a coroner ruled.
