Shailene Woodley Strips Off Her Tights In The Street on 'Three Women' Set

Shailene Woodley holds on to a green box in her arms while filming on her Showtime series, Three Women, in New York City on Monday (April 25).

The 30-year-old actress wore a red skirt and shoes with a black blazer and shirt for the show. At one point, Shailene is seen stripping off her black tights in the middle of the street for a scene.

The show is based on the nonfiction bestseller by Lisa Taddeo, who penned the adaptation. Here’s a plot summary: “The series will tell the stories of three women: Lina (Betty Gilpin), an Indiana woman in a passionless marriage who embarks on an all-consuming affair; Sloane (DeWanda Wise), an entrepreneur from the Northeast who has a committed open marriage until two sexy strangers threaten her and her husband’s aspirational love story; and Maggie, a student in North Dakota who accuses her married English teacher of an inappropriate relationship.” Three Women also follows Gia, played by Shailene, a writer grieving the loss of her family who convinces each of these women to tell her their stories.
