Trouble erupted at the NWCFL Premier Division fixture on August 30th. Police responded to the disorder at Macclesfield's Moss Rose football ground at around 4.50pm and a dispersal order was put in place in the area. A major police investigation has led to seven people being arrested this morning (Friday 17 September) on suspicion of violent disorder.
