Her actions while working with the Highland Council then triggered five weeks of delays for child protection investigations.

Now the social worker has been slapped with a warning for her ‘serious behaviour’ that put two children at risk.Despite the two incidents she will not be struck off but instead receive a red card for a period of 18 months.Poirier must also submit a report to The Scottish Social Services Council explaining why it is important to flag child and adult protection concerns immediately in future.In a report explaining their decision The Scottish Social.
