Meghan, Duchess of Sussex (born Rachel Meghan Markle; August 4, 1981) is an American member of the British royal family and former actress.

The Balcony Bar in Dundee is offering revellers the chance to buy wristbands that lets wearers check if their drink has been spiked for £2.50.
