Scots man dies in Barcelona after being hit by tram

City hall sources said yesterday afternoon the victim was a middle-aged Scot.The information backed up local newspaper reports confirming his age and nationality.
It was unclear whether the victim was a tourist or an expat living in the city.The incident occurred near the Parc del Forum, where Pet Shop Boys performed on the opening night of the Primavera Sound 2023 music festival.
