Scots loch at the weekend has tragically passed away in hospital despite his best pal desperately trying to save his life. Takeaway chef Aman Sharma was enjoying a sunny day out with friends at Loch Lubnaig in Stirlingshire when he jumped into the water on Sunday afternoon.

The 34-year-old’s best pal Kawaldeep Singh immediately noticed that the dad-of-one had got into difficulty and leapt in to try and save him.But as he frantically tried to pull his friend to the surface, Aman pushed his hand away before disappearing from sight.His body was recovered around 15 minutes later before two off-duty nurses and a fireman began to administer CPR.
