Mark-Paul Gosselaar, who starred as the young heartthrob for four years, rocked up to the recent 90s Con festival in Connecticut sporting dark locks and glasses – a far cry from his character Zack’s iconic blonde ‘do.The actor, who turns 50 this year, cut a casual figure in a button-down top and grey chinos paired with some brown boots.
Mark was seen posing for snaps alongside his Saved By The Bell co-star Mario Lopez, who has since ditched his statement perm and mullet.
Mario, 49, starred as A.C Slater in the hit show. From season to season it changed.” Despite its popularity, Mark-Paul also admitted he thought the show would get it cancelled after its first season.
Mario went on to label the cast’s time on Saved By The Bell as “such a special part of our lives that you wish you could just kind of bottle up and sort of take it with you wherever you go”.
