Saturday Night Takeaway's Ant & Dec announce important mental health campaign milestone on the show

Saturday Night Takeaway. ITV launched the campaign in 2019 on Britain's Got Talent by pausing the show for 60 seconds, encouraging people to start a conversation with a loved one.

To mark the milestone, the presenting duo announced that Britons have started over 100 million "new or more meaningful conversations" since the campaign launched.

Taking a moment to make the announcement partway through the programme, Dec began: "Before we carry on with tonight's show, we have a little update for you.
